Lead appraiser and company president Heidi Funk has been in the real estate appraisal industry for twelve years and is a certified residential appraiser, licensed with the state of Michigan
Training consists of the following: 180 hours in specialized appraisal training, including: Site Valuation, Cost Approach, Appraising the Oddball, The Art of Appraisal Review, Narrative Report Writing, Construction Details and Trends, USPAP and USPAP updates, Appraising Manufactured Housing, and Real Estate Appraisal One, Two and Three. Classess taken have been beyond the required licensing education. Heidi is on the preferred appraiser panel for many large institutions, as well as the review panel for several nationwide companies. Her certified residential license allows her to appraise one to four family dwellings or vacant land with no upper limit as to value.
Heidi is a mother of four active children, one twenty-one year old boy, two teenage boys and one twelve year old girl. She lives in Kentwood with her family, keeping busy with her childrens activities and many volunteer positions within the East Kentwood school district, Cornerstone Methodist Church, Girl Scouting programs and Citizens for Kentwood Committee.
Limited Licensed Appraiser Sheila Kyllonen has been in the real estate sales industry for many years. She maintains an active real estate sales license in addition to working towards her full real estate appraisers license. She lives in the Lowell area.
Scheduler Danielle Rieker is a busy mom of three children and is very active in her church as worship leader. She lives in the Kentwood area and also runs Orphan to a Queen women's ministry.
